Final hour continues with quick-hitting, high-energy station instruction in fundamental areas such as rundowns, cuts/relays, team defense, skills, baseball athleticism and batting practice. 2009 will include the addition of speed, strength and agility training as well as baserunning and lead-off fundamental instruction.

Format B - Fundamental Instruction plus Competition / Game Workouts
Morning format continues fundamental growth in major disciplines, while final hour involves game competition.
